Wedding Flowers: Common Question Round Up

Booking your wedding florist can be a daunting experience- especially when you have no idea what flowers cost, what their job entails, and what to expect on your wedding day. It’s likely you’ve got too many questions about wedding flowers to count.

We’ve put together a bunch of our commonly asked questions to help you in your planning process.

What do wedding flowers cost?

This question is very subjective to your needs for your special day. The average wedding with about 100 guests can expect to spend $6000-$8000 for full-service wedding florals. Submit an inquiry here to receive a custom proposal for your big day!

Do you Deliver/ Set Up/ Clean UP?

Yes! Our full-service wedding florals include delivery, set up, and clean up of floral decor & collection of our event rentals at the conclusion of the reception.

What can we expect from you the day of our wedding?

I put together a fabulously detailed blog post all about this! You can read it here.

How do I know what our arrangements will look like?

We believe in very detailed communication to ensure that your vision is understood completely. We will have several meetings and confirmations to ensure these details are understood and confirmed by us, and you!

In your proposal packet, each item has a detailed description with an inspiration photo to give you an idea of the design elements.

We will have a design meeting on zoom to visually walk through the style board we’ve prepared for your event. By sharing my screen, we are able to look at the exact same photos together, you can tell me what you like and don’t like, and we can confirm allllll of the little details that make a large impact.

Final confirmations will be sent out 4 weeks before your wedding to ensure no last minute items were added on or removed.

What if a flower is unavailable?

We do not make any substitutions without first informing you and receiving your okay.

Of course, if given creative freedom, we can shop around our wholesaler/ local growers to incorporate some textural goodies that would make a fabulous accent in your arrangements.

How do we move forward?

To officially book your date with us, we require a signed contract (sent electronically to you with your proposal packet), and a $500 deposit (payment can be made in the same platform with your contract and proposal), or a check can be mailed to our studio.

To begin your inquiry process, contact us here.

We can’t wait to create some floral magic for your event.
