In a perfect planning experience, you should reserve your date with your florist as soon as your venue is booked. We only reserve 30 wedding dates per year - and most of these dates are claimed a year to 18 months in advance. Please don't be discouraged, however, as it never hurts to send us an inquiry even for a last-minute event!
Local blooms offer a whole new subset of unique blooms that will create a one-of-a-kind wedding.
Yes! Venue walkthroughs provide us with an excellent opportunity to visualize your space and its potential.
At GITP, the communication process is one of our core values. We will be in communication with you throughout the entire process, and three months in advance, we will have our meeting to finalize the design details. One month prior to the wedding, we will reconfirm all logistics before we place your orders.
YES. Our full-service floral team handles everything from planning to clean-up. It’s important to us that you enjoy all of the special moments leading up to and during your beautiful day. We do everything in our power to ensure your experience with us is entirely hands-free. So please… sip mimosas with your girls while we're setting up and then head off to your honeymoon while we're cleaning up!
When working with Mother Nature, it might happen that substitutions are necessary and out of our control. But, we will never change even the smallest detail without your approval.
We deliver all throughout New Jersey, including Park Chateau, The Ryland Inn, The Ashford Estate, Bonnet Island Estate, Mallard Estate, and The Mansion at Natriar are a few of our favorites. We would love to work with you to design your dream wedding florals for anywhere in the state you choose to exchange vows.
We can remove items from your order up to 30 days after you place them – after that period, we can no longer remove any items from your order. We will happily add items to our service, though.
We have an extensive rental inventory that includes a variety of arch and backdrop structures, candles, accompanying glassware, custom-made vessels, stands, lanterns, and more. When in doubt, ask! If we do not have it currently in our inventory, we are happy to add it if we believe it's a useful addition to our collection for future events.
We value organic and sustainable mechanics in our floral design process. For example, the common mechanic, Floral Foam, is full of harsh carcinogens that are toxic to the skin and environment. For this reason, we aim not to use it in favor of mechanics that utilize natural, biodegradable, and reusable materials.
