Overcome Wedding Fears Tip #1: Plan for ‘Plan B’

I know, I know. It’s not going to rain, snow, hail, hurricane, or tornado on YOUR wedding day. But, what if it does? We need to have a plan B in place that you are equally in love with.

Does the venue that you’re dreaming about have an indoor location for your ceremony? Will your ceremony & reception take place in the same space? IS there a separate location for cocktail hour if this happens? Do you LOVE the indoor ceremony location?

Talk to your floral designer about this! We can help you design a beautiful space indoors or out!

Tip #2: Hire the Right Vendors

Your vendors are instrumental in having a smooth-sailing wedding day. it is their job to ensure that the day is moving according to the timeline. everyone will be on the same page, be able to rally unruly guests and keep you and your newlywed happy. Trust them!

We’ve put together a blog all about choosing the right vendors for your event. Check it out here.

Tip #3: Don’t Stress the Seating Chart

I know it can be stressful trying to choose where everyone should be seated during dinner to ensure the least number of arguments. Keep in mind that everyone in attendance is there for YOU! I promise Aunt Becky and Aunt Karen can be civil for 5 hours for your special evening.

And of course, never feel pressured to invite toxic family members. Anyone invited to your special day should bring you joy – not steal it.
