Listen to this: rustic, vintage, beachy. How dreamy! Garden In The Pines had the honor of creating a beautiful vintage beachy wedding for Tara & Steve at the Taylor Pavilion in Belmar, NJ. We loved putting together a wedding floral style that screamed old-timey oceanside romance. If you’re thinking of planning a wedding like this, you have to check out this wedding.

Tara and Steve wanted to fully embrace the Jersey Shore aesthetic and we were happy to oblige. They requested a sea glass color palette, which we thought was super interesting and beautiful. Eucalyptus, sea grass, and driftwood, would all create that beachy feel, and succulents and air plants would help us create those sea glass colors.

The Bridal Bouquet

For Tara, we styled an organic hand-tied bouquet full of light blue and green hydrangeas as the focal point. We complemented those with white roses and astilbe. For greenery, we used seeded and Gunni eucalyptus and rosemary.

For the bridesmaid bouquets, we used a similar style to the bride’s bouquet. All also organic and hand-tied, we simplified the look with bay leaves, eucalyptus, and hydrangea without the roses, astilbe, and rosemary. For the boutonnieres, we used rosemary, eucalyptus, white astilbe, and a white ribbon. For the corsages, we used white roses and eucalyptus on a gold cuff.

The Ceremony and Reception Decor

For the ceremony, Tara and Steve asked us to decorate their welcome sign. To create that flowy, beachy look, we used lots of eucalyptus as the greenery and added succulents as the focal point.

Tara and Steve asked us to decorate their reception with centerpieces and their sweetheart table. The couple rented our beautiful vintage lanterns and pillar candles for the tables, and we added to them various eucalyptus and hydrangea.
