Madison & Brian’s Microwedding – Tennessee With An NJ Twist

Floral confetti nj wedding

This sweet ‘Jersey’ couple asked us to create boutonnieres and bio-degradable confetti made from NJ-grown blooms for their special destination microwedding in the Smokey Mountains of Tennessee. They felt it in their hearts to have a little piece of home with them on their special day, and what better way than to incorporate some floral elements from their very own floral designer and friend.

The boutonnieres were created with textural greenery and airy elements to mesh well with their Mountain Wedding. And the floral confetti was packaged beautifully in these custom printed vellum envelopes to perfectly commemorate their special day.

Guests were able to open their individual confetti packets to shower the guests with love upon their announcement as Husband and Wife and were able to get some epic photos with their photographer.

It was so exciting for us to help plan and create these special moments for Madison and Brian’s wedding, even so far away. We also loved their huge hearts, wanting to bring a piece of home with them to such an immaculate setting!

Everyone should have beautiful photo ops, and your home state shouldn’t stop you! Neither should your concern with using unfriendly materials like synthetic manmade confetti!

At Garden in the Pines, we encourage our clients to consider Earth-friendly products and options for their wedding day floral arrangements. We especially urge against the foam that is so commonly used in creating floral arrangments. Instead, we’re constantly researching and practicing new ways to create structures and arrangements with sustainable materials and solutions!

Tell us how guests were able to shower you with love on your special day? Did you do a sparkler send-off, maybe bubbles, rice, or confetti?
