Some weddings call for something a little more. Not bigger, not louder—just more intentional. More immersive. More “them.” From our first conversation with this couple, we knew this wasn’t going to be a typical design. It was going to be thoughtful. Organic. Inspired by the feeling of a garden in bloom, but rooted in structure and elegance. And with Park Loft’s grand staircase as our canvas, we had the opportunity to do something that had never been done in the space before.

We dreamt up a pair of custom-built trees—designed to rise with the stairs, dance with the light, and invite guests into a celebration that felt like stepping through the pages of a storybook. These weren’t rentals. They weren’t pre-made. They were fabricated by our team from the ground up—built to hold water buckets, layered with floral textures, and strong enough to make a lasting impression. Together, they became the soul of the space—framing the grand entrance and transforming the dance floor into a whimsical forest of love and light.

The palette was a careful composition—cool-tone pinks layered in shades of fuchsia, magenta, and that soft, almost bubblegum hue that feels both youthful and refined. But sourcing those exact tones? That was the challenge. Product came in slightly warmer, or too coral, or not quite right. So we reordered. We gambled. We over-sourced to get the freedom to curate with intention. And then we edited—pulling only what sang in harmony, letting the rest fall away. Because around here, only what feels just right makes the final cut.

What bloomed was a celebration rooted in trust. Trust in us to build something entirely custom. Trust in color, in form, and in the process. Together, we brought the outside in—and transformed Park Loft into a garden of bold beauty and deep connection.
