We toured the venue multiple times with Kate and her mom to brainstorm possibilities and ensure everyone felt confident and comfortable. Then, in the weeks leading up to the wedding, we tested mechanics in our studio—fine-tuning a completely freestanding structure that could support the weight and look of lush, vine-forward greenery across a 40-foot dance floor. All during a season when the ideal product was out of crop. No detail was too small, and no challenge too big.

We prepped everything offsite to perfection, ensuring the tight on-site setup window wouldn’t compromise a single element. And when it all came together? It was magic. A glamorous ballroom transformed by natural textures, free-flowing greenery, and intentionally unstructured floral design that perfectly echoed Kate’s original vision.
