Preserve Your Memories

Flowers can hold a very special place in your heart. Especially, when you held a breath-taking bouquet for one of the most amazing days of your life.

Here at Garden in the Pines we strive to make your memories last a lifetime. One of the ways we can do this is through Bouquet Preservation. We use a series of tools and techniques to preserve your memories in resin. Dried Flowers, Jewelry, Fabric, and Photos are some of the items that we can include in your timeless keepsake.

Reservations Required

For Custom Orders

We only accept a limited number of custom preservation orders per week – so we highly encourage you to reserve your date well in advance of your special event.

  • A $150 deposit is required to reserve your date. This deposit will come off of your bottom-line total.

  • A $349 minimum is required for custom orders.

Our Process:

  1. Reserve Your Wedding Date.

  2. Pay Your Deposit and Sign our Contract online at the time your reservation is placed.

  3. Once your reservation has been placed, you will receive packing instructions to ensure that your shipment is received in the best quality.

    • Please remember that flowers are a perishable product and it is crucial that they are shipped or delivered as soon as possible.

  4. One week before your big day final payment will be due less the deposit.

    • Please note: all custom orders require a main piece (Square, Rectangle, Hexagon, or Serving Tray), add-ons are in addition to the main design piece and cannot be purchased alone.

Your Questions, Answered.



  • Bouquet care on the day of your wedding is critical to the health and quality of your florals. Florals need to be kept in water as much as possible. And, utilize our shipping and care instructions to ensure it is delivered to us safely.



  • All flowers react differently to the drying and preservation process. We believe that the preservation process gives your bouquet a new life, not freeze your bouquet in time.



  • We recommend you keep your piece away from direct sunlight (it can cause an amber coloring the resin medium). Use a microfiber cloth to keep your artwork shiny and dust free.



  • No! All flowers do not dry equally. Some florals brown, others do not fully dry, or they’re too fragile. We are always up to the challenge, but will use our discretion to make the final decision to include items in your work of art.

    Florals that do not dry well include calla lilies, king protea, tropical flowers and leaves, and succulents or plants.

    Some flowers preserve beautifully but are just a bit more sensitive to normal wedding day wear and shipment. These include anemones, dinner plate dahlias, and white flowers.



  • All custom orders take 8 to 20 weeks to complete. Our process begins with drying your florals (this itself takes 3 to 4 weeks). Then, we design and begin pouring our resin layers to encase your florals for a lifetime.



  • We require a $150 deposit with your reservation booking to confirm your date. Click the button below to begin the reservation process. Then, our team will be in touch with an invoice and contract. The week of your wedding, your final order will be due and your invoice will be updated less the $150 deposit payment and total items we will be providing.
